Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance process is simple, organized, and designed to help keep your medical equipment running with minimal disruption.
AGREEMENT
For new preventative maintenance plans, we provide a quote for services. For existing maintenance plans, we send either a service agreement or contract, based on the size of the inspection, 30 days before your inspection month.
SCHEDULING
Once a quote, service agreement, or contract is approved, we reach out to schedule the visit. We ask that a staff member be aware of the visit and available in case our technicians have questions.
INSPECTION
During the on-site inspection, our technicians review your equipment thoroughly to identify items that need preventative maintenance. At the end of the visit, the technician reviews the inspection with the site contact.
POST-INSPECTION
After the inspection, our team sends an inspection report. Our technicians follow up on any failed items that require service and can provide a repair quote when requested.
